Capt. C. Worthy likes sailing, parrots and digging for treasure.
He didn’t lose an eye in battle, he just uses the eye patch to look hard -
Capt. C Worthy keeps his Galleon in the village pond and digs for treasure on the village green (much to the disapproval of the other Gonks). While digging for gold treasure he discards ancient artefacts as rubbish and is surrounded by a great pile of Roman pots etc.
